About the position
The Heavy Civil Project Manager/Estimator role at Copper Navy LLC involves overseeing and estimating bridge construction projects. The position requires a strong background in project management and construction, with a specific focus on bridge estimating. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, accuracy, and efficiency in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring all aspects of the project are handled effectively.
Responsibilities
- Take-off plan quantities.
- Request subcontractor and vendor pricing.
- Assemble complete and accurate project estimates.
- Act as a point of contact for project stakeholders.
- Manage projects from start to completion including subcontractor and vendor purchasing, invoicing, cost tracking, and profitability.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a project manager in construction.
- Bridge estimating experience is a must.
- High school diploma or GED required; Engineering, Construction Management, or Business degree preferred.
- Proficiency in AGTEK for take-off and HCSS for estimating preferred.
- 9 years of experience in construction management.
- 10 years of experience in construction estimating.

- Experience with AGTEK Construction management software.
