Responsibilities

• Lead the design and production of bridge plans for ODOT and local agency projects.
• Maintain quality control of the work product and successfully complete projects on time and within budget.
• Coach junior level staff and collaborate with PE's across the firm.
• Proposal development and client relationship management.
• Periodically support bridge inspection and load rating practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or equivalent from an ABET accredited program.
• Professional Engineer (PE) Registration and/or ability to obtain licensure in Oklahoma within six months.
• 5+ years of professional experience with bridge design and/or inspection.
• Microsoft Office and Bentley software proficiency is preferred.
• Experience with MicroStation and bridge design software required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, including the capability to learn virtual collaboration tools.
