About the position
The Breakfast Coordinator at Burger King is responsible for managing the restaurant during breakfast hours in the absence of a Manager. This role focuses on ensuring excellent guest service, overseeing breakfast operations, and managing inventory while inspiring and guiding the staff.
Responsibilities
- Operate the restaurant in the absence of a Manager during breakfast hours
- Open the restaurant and serve breakfast to guests
- Inspire and guide staff members
- Complete daily paperwork to record restaurant success
- Manage breakfast inventory
- Prepare the restaurant for lunch business
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read and write in English
- Ability to count money accurately
- Ability to carry up to 40 pounds regularly
- Ability to remain on feet for several hours at a time
- Ability to reach, bend, see, stoop, kneel, squeeze, and press
