About The Position

The Breakfast Buffet Server ensures breakfast items are fresh and accessible for guests, maintains the cleanliness of dining and food service areas, provides excellent service to guests, and performs other related duties. Team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the resort, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
Assist guests with seating and provide information about available breakfast options
Serve food and beverages as needed, ensuring items are replenished promptly
Address guest inquiries, provide assistance, and promptly handle any issues or special requests related to breakfast service
Set up the breakfast area before service, and keep food and beverages fresh and replenished for guests during service
Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the breakfast area throughout service, including tables, counters, utensils, and equipment
Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area during service, including clearing tables and cleaning spills promptly
Monitor food and beverage levels, replenish items when needed, and rotate food displays to maintain freshness
Assist in cleaning and resetting the breakfast area at the end of service, including proper storage of leftover food and cleaning of serving equipment
Other duties as assigned
