About the position

The Brand Project Manager for Creative & Influencer Marketing is responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between various teams including Creative, Influencer, Strategy, and Marketing. This role involves overseeing budgets, timelines, and deliverables while facilitating feedback sessions to maintain creative standards. The manager will also proactively address the needs of internal teams and coordinate efforts to uphold efficient workflows throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project lifecycle from kickoff to completion.
  • Attend kickoff meetings and assess resources needed for projects.
  • Drive project progress through internal pipelines.
  • Liaise between Creative, Influencer, Strategy, Marketing teams, and external partners.
  • Oversee budgets, timelines, and deliverables across multiple channels.
  • Facilitate feedback sessions with creative leads and external partners.
  • Ensure project updates meet creative standards.
  • Manage external communications to align with project timelines and strategies.
  • Anticipate and address the needs of internal creative teams.
  • Coordinate internal and external teams to uphold efficient workflows.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in creative and marketing environments.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with various teams and external partners.
  • Ability to manage budgets and timelines efficiently.
  • Experience in facilitating feedback sessions and managing creative standards.
  • Proactive approach to anticipating project needs and addressing them.
