About The Position

We are seeking an energetic, strategic, and results-oriented Brand Manager to lead the growth and execution of a portfolio of brands across our market. This role serves as the internal champion and external advocate for assigned brands, partnering closely with sales teams, customers, suppliers, and company leadership to drive awareness, execution, and profitable growth. The ideal candidate is equal parts relationship-builder, marketer, strategist, and field leader. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy spending time in the market, and are passionate about turning opportunities into results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in brand management, sales, marketing, account management, category management, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM or sales management platforms.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly throughout the market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies for assigned brands and product portfolios.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, regularly meeting with decision-makers to identify opportunities and strengthen brand presence.
  • Partner with sales leadership and field teams to improve execution, visibility, distribution, and promotional effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular market visits and ride-alongs to evaluate performance, provide coaching, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Lead the implementation of promotional programs, incentives, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and recommend action plans.
  • Present new products, programs, and strategic initiatives to sales teams and leadership groups.
  • Coordinate special events, activations, customer engagements, and promotional opportunities that enhance brand awareness and market penetration.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, marketing partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and execution priorities.
  • Manage and distribute point-of-sale materials, promotional assets, and merchandising tools to support field execution.
  • Track key performance indicators and regularly communicate progress toward brand objectives.
