About the position

The Brand Executive is a field sales position at Oribe Hair Care, responsible for driving business growth, brand loyalty, and recognition within a defined geographic territory, which includes Kentucky, Indiana, and Missouri. This role involves both new business development and strategies for existing business growth, focusing on building strong relationships with salon owners and stylists while achieving predetermined sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth and brand recognition in the assigned territory.
  • Work with an account team to grow territory and salon sales through product education and consultation.
  • Create trusting relationships with salon owners, stylists, and employees.
  • Maintain a funnel of potential new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Regional Brand Managers to support sell-in and sell-through strategies.
  • Deliver high-quality in-salon presentations and product classes.
  • Launch new salons and retail accounts.
  • Achieve individual revenue goals by educating and consulting with salon stakeholders.
  • Support retail segment sales through merchandising and promotional activities.
  • Manage a systematic meeting schedule for assigned accounts.
  • Implement strategic education plans for salons in the territory.
  • Promote and execute regional and national company-sponsored business development and educational events.
  • Attend company meetings and trainings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant sales and retail experience.
  • Experience in outside sales and the salon industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • High sales drive and ability to prospect and close new business.
  • Strong negotiation skills and strategic thinking.
  • Service-oriented and adaptable to various personality types.
  • Competitive and collaborative mindset.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and comfortable with new programs.
