About the position

As a Brand Ambassador for Soque Street LLC, you will represent a leading e-cigarette company at various events and retail locations. Your primary role will be to build relationships with customers and strategic partners, educate them about the product line, and drive brand awareness through engaging interactions and product demonstrations. Responsibilities

• Educate store managers, cashiers, and consumers about the product line, its benefits, and the brand story.
• Be a knowledgeable resource on vaping and brand products.
• Enhance understanding of the vaping industry and the brand value proposition.
• Drive brand awareness by engaging with consumers through 1-on-1 interactions, sharing product knowledge, and providing samples.
• Build and activate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retail partners and cultural influencers.
• Increase brand visibility and consumer loyalty, ultimately driving sales in-store.
• Maintain excellent communication with leadership team members, reporting success stories, insights, and best practices.
• Track all activities and feedback via digital recaps.
• Assist with local events, in-store displays, retail CADs, and events, ensuring a unique and engaging consumer experience.
• Provide product samples and distribute branded merchandise to interested consumers.
• Share market insights, customer feedback, and opportunities for improvement with your manager.
• Support both indoor and outdoor marketing events, contributing to brand activation and consumer engagement.
• Encourage event attendees to follow and engage with the brand's social media platforms.
• Promote brand-specific hashtags and social media campaigns to extend reach.
• Distribute and administer customer surveys to gather feedback on event experiences and product preferences.
• Log survey data accurately and prepare a report summarizing customer insights and event success metrics.

Requirements

• Must be 21 and older
• Must reside in the Chattanooga, TN area
• Prior experience in the vaping industry is required
• Must be available to work 30 hours per week, with Wednesday-Sunday shifts
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record are mandatory
• Passionate about vaping, customer engagement, and brand education
• Must have a dependable vehicle suitable for commuting to multiple locations in the Chattanooga, TN market
