About The Position

This is a temporary position for approximately 6 months with the possibility of extension. This is an onsite position based on 40 hours per week. Stream-Flo Industries Ltd. is a privately owned and operated Canadian manufacturer of wellhead, production gate valve and check valve equipment. Since our inception in 1962, we have become a recognized leader for our superior technology, innovative designs and top quality products.

Requirements

  • Office Administration Diploma
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant office administration experience
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Computer proficiency using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
  • Strong communication (oral and written), interpersonal, customer service, organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and within a team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Basic wellhead product knowledge an asset
  • knowledge of an ERP system such as SAP an asset
  • Knowledge of Synerion and OneView Pedigree an asset

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls and direct accordingly
  • Process all mail and courier deliveries
  • Enter service trips in daily logs and reports
  • Organize and assist in preparing of all field service tickets, logs and inspections
  • Ensure that timecards are completed and reported for processing in a timely manner
  • Organize and file all orders and well files
  • Generate and distribute specialized reports
  • GL allocation for branch payables
  • Perform other related duties as requested
