BOAs team up with financial advisors to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. The primary role of the BOA is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors. We're proud to serve over nine million clients. Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
  • Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
  • Actively listen for situations in the clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services
  • Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events
  • Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions
  • Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members
  • Learn and understand the financial services industry, including account opening and handling account transfers
  • Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records
  • Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and preparing materials for client meetings
  • Manage correspondence and support marketing initiatives
  • Streamline processes with updating SOPs and strategically execute on the branch business plan
  • Demonstrate strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology and programs
