Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
At least five years of financial institution experience, including three years in management.
A strong background in customer service, sales, and team leadership.
A knack for problem-solving, decision-making, and keeping things running smoothly.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and comfort with modern banking systems.

Build lasting relationships with customers and the community, uncovering opportunities to help people reach their financial goals.
Analyze performance reports and make data-driven decisions that keep your branch growing strong.
Represent the bank proudly through active community participation and local partnerships.
Originate and close consumer and small business loans to help customers achieve their dreams.
