Responsibilities
- Partner with the Vice President, Branch Leader to lead a team of licensed associates.
- Support the development of branch associates through training, mentorship, and motivation.
- Implement national initiatives and cultivate business through client contact and local marketing.
- Oversee operational activities, including local risk and compliance issues and client concerns.
- Build a strong team that delivers results while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of trust through effective communication and coaching.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in financial services and planning.
- Three or more years of management experience within a financial services environment.
- Required certifications: Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65).
- Must obtain Series 9/10 and Insurance licenses within 60 days of hire.
Nice-to-haves
