Boomi Integration Lead (UKG / Kronos) - Software Engineering Team Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Boomi Integration Lead to anchor the UKG (Kronos) Workforce Management managed services engagement. This role will be responsible for leading the transition from UKG Professional Services to Capgemini, establishing the support model, and driving steady-state delivery for Boomi-based integrations embedded within the UKG SaaS platform. The role combines technical leadership, transition management, and service delivery ownership.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years total experience
- 5+ years in Boomi
- Strong expertise in Dell Boomi (AtomSphere)
- Integration process design
- API integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Data mapping and transformations
- Experience in leading integration platforms in enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience or strong exposure to UKG / Kronos Workforce Management platform
- Understanding of Timekeeping, Labor scheduling, Payroll integrations
- Prior onshore/client-facing experience is mandatory
