Responsibilities

  • Continuously educate yourself on books and the industry to enhance customer experience.
  • Identify key titles and tailor merchandise selection to reflect community interests.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and create inviting displays.
  • Assist with events and community outreach initiatives.
  • Adhere to company processes to protect assets and control shrinkage.
  • Model expected behaviors to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Perform physical activities on the selling floor and in the Café as needed.
