• Maintain store cleanliness and create inviting displays.
• Assist with events and community outreach efforts.
• Protect company assets by adhering to processes for controlling shrink, expenses, and payroll.
• Recognize and assist customers and employees with urgency and care.
• Model expected behaviors to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
