Body Shop Service Assistant - Bobby Rahal of State College
About The Position
In this position, you are the first friendly face to greet our clients upon arrival and you assist with checking in their vehicle. Using your strong communication skills, you assist with follow up calls and provide timely updates to our clients regarding their vehicle status. You coordinate transporting vehicles for sublet repair and handle important administrative tasks like insurance billing, creating and closing repair orders, and invoicing. Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong phone and computer skills (including Google)
- Ability to spend a large part of your workday seated at a desk
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- General automotive / dealership experience is helpful
- Experience with CCC One or Reynolds is a plus
Responsibilities
