About the position
We are seeking a Board-Certified Internist to join a dedicated team of veterinarians in a rapidly growing veterinary specialty practice in Chattanooga, TN. This role involves providing high-quality veterinary care using state-of-the-art technology and equipment, while also promoting excellence in veterinary medicine through continuing education and clinical trials.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized veterinary care in internal medicine.
- Collaborate with a multi-specialty team including Critical Care, Surgery, and Radiology.
- Participate in clinical trials and continuing education events.
- Assist with walk-ins and immediate referrals.
- Utilize advanced medical technology and equipment for diagnostics and treatment.
Requirements
- Board certification in veterinary internal medicine.
- Experience in emergency and critical care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate care.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with exotic and avian medicine.
- Familiarity with advanced veterinary technologies such as CT and MRI.
