About The Position
Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking to hire a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position involves working with children to improve their lives through exceptional services, focusing on their success in school and beyond. The BCBA will provide high-quality services based on students' IEPs/504 plans, conduct evaluations and assessments, write reports, and supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and others who implement behavior-analytic interventions.
Requirements
- Master's Degree
- State BCBA License
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality services to students based on their IEPs/504 plans.
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and write reports to determine strengths and areas of concern in Behavioral Intervention.
- Supervise and train RBTs and others who implement behavior-analytic interventions.
