About The Position

Centria Autism is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across both virtual and center-based settings. This role offers flexibility with the ability to work from home part of the week, combined with meaningful in-person collaboration with clients, families, and clinical teams. The position requires weekly in-person supervision, a minimum of 3 days per week. Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Minimum of 3-days per week in-person engagement
• Weekly in-person supervision

Nice To Haves

• Experience with assent-based care, practical functional assessment, and skills-based treatment
• Experience in mentoring other BCBAs or leading clinical training

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
• Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
• Support new clients, model programs, run assessments, and coach Behavior Technicians during in-person time
• Strengthen family relationships through purposeful in-person engagement
