Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
About The Position
HealthPRO Pediatrics is growing and looking for a passionate BCBA to join their team. They are opening a new ABA Center by the end of June, transitioning from in-home services to a center-based environment. This role offers the opportunity to help shape a growing program from the ground up. The company emphasizes work-life balance with full-time or part-time opportunities, and the clinic is open Monday-Friday from 8 am-6 pm, with no weekends. Requirements
- Active BCBA certification and Texas state licensure (or eligibility)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum (new graduates considered with strong training support)
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
- Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
- Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews
