About the position
My ABA Services is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join their team as a Mid-Tier Supervisor. This part-time role focuses on providing high-quality care to individuals with autism, utilizing a hybrid supervision model. The ideal candidate will have experience in report writing, parent education, staff training, and session documentation, and will work closely with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to address behavioral challenges
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Work closely with individuals with autism to improve social and behavioral skills
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Requirements
- Masters student working towards their Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Proficiency in patient assessment and data collection
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders
- Strong understanding of medical documentation practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients and families
