The BJJ Coach position involves teaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) to both youth and adult classes. The coach will develop and lead dynamic group classes that focus on BJJ conditioning, technique, and skills. The role requires designing workouts that improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, and agility while providing motivating and engaging sessions for participants. Additionally, the coach will offer one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to individual fitness goals and skill levels, providing technical guidance and constructive feedback. The ideal candidate will have a minimum Brown Belt level in BJJ, possess formal training in both Gi and no-Gi, and bring competition experience to the coaching role. Prior coaching or training experience is preferred, along with strong communication and motivational skills. This is a part-time position requiring a commitment to high-quality coaching during scheduled sessions, with flexibility for additional personal training sessions.
