About the position

We are seeking a Biotech Research Scientist to join our team as an AI Trainer. The primary focus of this role is to train AI models by measuring their progress, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance the quality of each model. The position requires a strong understanding of biotechnology and offers flexibility in project selection and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Give AI chatbots diverse and complex problems and evaluate their outputs.
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented.
• Proficient in biology, inductive/deductive reasoning, physical/temporal/spatial reasoning, and research methods.
• A current, in progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD in a related field is preferred but not required.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in related fields such as Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Bioinformatics, Public Health, Epidemiology, Pharmacology, Agricultural Science, Environmental Science, or Chemical Engineering.
