About the position

Responsibilities
- Oversee microbial fermentation processes in bench, pilot, and production scale fermenters or bioreactors.
- Manage downstream processing techniques including spray drying, centrifugation, and ultra/microfiltration.
- Implement fermentation and aseptic techniques to ensure product quality and safety.
- Operate and maintain large machinery used in bioprocessing operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in biochemical engineering, chemical engineering, or mechanical engineering, or equivalent education/experience.
- Hands-on experience with microbial fermentation processes.
- Experience with downstream processing techniques such as spray drying and centrifugation.
- Knowledge of fermentation and aseptic techniques.
