About the position

Sodexo's Healthcare Technology Management Division seeks an experienced, reliable, & personable HTM Supervisor- Healthcare Technology/ Biomedical Engineering for University Hospitals - TriPoint Medical Center, located in Painesville, OH as well as University Hospitals - Portage Medical Center, located in Ravenna, OH and other locations to support Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) for University Hospitals Health System - East Market. Responsibilities

  • Oversee biomedical equipment services including vendor management, regulatory compliance, and project management.
  • Manage and supervise technician and engineering staff.
  • Ensure high-level service is continually sustained by engaging staff, vendors, and clients.
  • Maintain and calibrate medical devices and senior BMET level equipment.
  • Organize and manage budgets effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of management experience.
  • 3 years of functional experience in facilities or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare technology operations and biomedical equipment.
  • Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driver's license record check.

Nice-to-haves

  • Formal training in repairing, maintaining, and calibrating medical devices.
  • Experience with GE Anesthesia, Phillips Ventilators, Telemetry, and other critical care equipment.
