About the position

The Bingo Floor Attendant plays a crucial role in enhancing the Bingo experience at Turning Stone Resort Casino. This position involves providing exceptional customer service, selling bingo products, and assisting players during games. The role is designed for individuals who are energetic, passionate about guest service, and eager to contribute to a vibrant community while creating memorable experiences for players.

Responsibilities

• Sell bingo cards, game packages, and electronic bingo devices.
• Count issued bands at the beginning of the shift to ensure the change fund balance is correct.
• Balance the running bank and issued inventories while managing the cash drawer.
• Assist the Caller in verifying bingo wins and distributing prizes to winning players.
• Explain various bingo games, rules of play, and payouts to customers.
• Provide information and services to customers as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma.
• Mathematical ability to accurately account for large amounts of cash.
• Previous computer experience for selling packs and specials.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift 31 - 40 pounds.
