Opening its doors over 45 years ago, FSSI is a leading document outsourcing company servicing Fortune 500 companies in the financial, banking, insurance and billing industries across the U.S. FSSI is currently looking for a Bindery Machine Operator to join our team in Santa Ana, CA. This position is responsible for setting up and operating a variety of bindery and print finishing machinery in a high-volume print and mail processing environment. Full-time Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 am - 6:30 pm Overtime is scheduled as needed, and could require coming in earlier, staying later, and working weekend shifts during high-volume production cycles.

  • Operate and set-up machinery that performs print finishing operations, such as, inserting, folding, cutting, tabbing, stamping, UV coating, booklet making, and inkjet printing.
  • Learn and follow all established quality control procedures to consistently produce with accuracy.
  • Flexibility in work schedule, frequently 10 or more hours per day and some weekend shifts, is required on a recurring basis.
  • Additional work, as assigned.
  • Must have related experience in a fast-paced manufacturing, production, or related environment.
  • Flexibility in work schedule to work overtime when needed is required.
  • Bindery experience is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of GEP Finishing Systems is a plus.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
