About the position
The Billing Analyst position at Centurion Health is a full-time role focused on managing billing processes for the Allegheny County Mobile Competency Restoration Program. The analyst will track billable hours and compile reports necessary for Medicaid and non-Medicaid billing, ensuring accurate financial documentation and compliance with relevant regulations.
Responsibilities
- Track billable hours for the Allegheny County Mobile Competency Restoration and Support Team (MCRST).
- Compile necessary reports and information for Medicaid and non-Medicaid billing.
- Ensure compliance with billing regulations and guidelines.
- Interact with various levels of managerial, clinical, custody, court, and administrative staff in both correctional and community settings.
Requirements
- Associates degree or related experience is required.
- Knowledge of Medicare billing and Medicare coding.
- Familiarity with EHR systems.
- Active in-person CPR certification required.
- Current tuberculosis screening required.
- Ability to pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance (Act 33/34 Clearances).
