Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated customer service issues in English and Spanish.
• Create an outstanding quality service experience for GE Appliance consumers.
• Advocate with multiple internal departments for reasonable and satisfactory resolutions.
• Take ownership in resolving escalated customer concerns, capturing all relevant facts.
• Follow up with customers via phone, email, or text to resolve appliance-related concerns.
• Find creative solutions that benefit both customers and GE Appliances when negotiating concessions.
• Interact and coordinate with necessary stakeholders to resolve consumer issues.
• Gather information and surface concerns with suggested resolutions to the Team Leader or Team Manager.
• Complete consumer reviews for satisfaction before case closure.
• Meet work schedule demands and obligations with compliance and integrity.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to resolve escalated issues effectively.
• Proficient in using Windows-based programs and internal applications.
