About the position

As a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Agent at Prime Therapeutics, you will be part of a fully remote Contact Center team, responsible for assisting members, pharmacies, and doctors' offices with their inquiries regarding medications and benefits. This role is crucial in helping individuals access the medicine they need, contributing to their well-being. Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming calls or emails from members, pharmacies, and doctor's offices regarding requests for information on medication and benefits.
  • Investigate and resolve member inquiries in a timely manner or escalate to the appropriate team member.
  • Adhere to and reinforce Prime and departmental standard operating procedures and training guidelines specific to HIPAA.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
  • Call center experience.
  • Call center experience in the Healthcare industry.
  • Work from home (remote) experience.
