The Bilingual Receptionist/Patient Representative at Women's Health Consultants plays a vital role in ensuring a positive patient experience in a growing Maternal Fetal Medicine Practice. This part-time position involves greeting patients, managing phone calls, and handling administrative tasks to support the clinic's operations while providing compassionate care in a flexible environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check patients in and out
• Answer and manage phone calls
• Collect co-payments
• Obtain insurance preauthorization
• Schedule and register patients

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish (REQUIRED)
• 1 year of customer service experience (Required)
• 1 year of computer skills (Required)
• 1 year of medical terminology (Preferred)
• 1 year of experience with eClinicalWorks/EMR (Preferred)
• Strong keyboarding skills
• Multitasking ability with multiple patients and calls
• Keen attention to detail
• Personalized and compassionate service

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is a plus
