About the position
Afni is hiring a Bilingual Project Supervisor for our growing insurance program who is responsible for supervising and developing a team of insurance service consultants. Starting pay is $44,000.00 with the ability to earn more when obtaining appropriate licensing. There is also a generous bonus plan that includes a guaranteed monthly payout AND you can even earn above that! Your role will focus on driving performance, building a motivated team, and fostering individual skill development. *Position is onsite at our contact center in Tucson, AZ. Must be Spanish bilingual.*
Responsibilities
- Maximize Team Potential: Work closely with your team to leverage their natural talents and maximize their performance.
- Team Management: Supervise a team of 15 or more insurance service consultants who engage with existing and prospective customers to offer tailored solutions.
- Collaboration: Partner with management and peers to identify best practices and brainstorm solutions to both minor and major challenges.
- Performance Improvement: Identify opportunities for individual and team performance enhancement, implement improvement processes, and close performance gaps.
- Conflict Resolution: Effectively resolve conflicts and achieve outstanding results by balancing empathy, care, and performance for both customers and staff.
- Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks such as managing time off, approving payroll adjustments, ensuring schedule adherence, and monitoring performance metrics.
Requirements
- Must be Spanish bilingual.
- Experience in team management or supervision.
