About The Position

Reporting to the Supervisor or Manager in Titles, the incumbent of the position is primarily responsible for handling transactions with various levels of complexity. Responsible for a broad range of responsibilities that include, but are not limited to risk mediation, reporting, process enhancement, procedure administration, project management, and administration for Operations.

Requirements

  • Fully bilingual (French/English): The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.

Responsibilities

  • Reviews and/or processes received transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Provide excellent service to internal and external clients, whether emails, phone calls or correspondence.
  • Respond to inquiries received from internal and external clients, after appropriate research and analysis.
  • Find the best way to solve the problem and accurately process the necessary operations.
  • Collaborates with teams located in various offices to achieve dynamic volumes and meet service standards.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude in finding solutions to problems.
  • Contribute to the optimization of service efficiency by suggesting process improvements.
  • Collaborates effectively with the other departments within Policy Services.
