About the position

The Bilingual Insurance Sales Agent/Sales Representative is responsible for selling nonstandard auto insurance to both new and existing customers. This role focuses on soliciting new business, maintaining current accounts, and achieving sales production goals through relationship building and customer education. The position offers a supportive environment with comprehensive training and a strong emphasis on mentorship and recognition.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to achieve sales production goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Accurately account for all currency transactions and ensure timely deposits to the bank.
• Educate and advise customers on insurance products that best fit their needs.

Requirements

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
• Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
