About The Position

Renuity is seeking a Bilingual Customer Experience Representative to join their team. This role involves welcoming new customers, updating clients on project timelines, monitoring and responding to company communications via MS Teams and text, and completing customer care calls for finished installations. The position is full-time, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, and is an in-office role.

Requirements

  • Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish
  • Outgoing and engaging attitude to build relationship and trust with existing customers
  • Experience in a high-volume call center environment placing outbound calls
  • Must be able to efficiently multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365, running reports, using shortcuts
  • Flexible, positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Professional and approachable demeanor over the phone

  • Exposure to home improvement, collections, health, insurance, banking and finance, or sales industry
