About the position
MaidPro of Tampa Bay is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join their team in either the Tampa or St. Petersburg office. This role is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring an energetic professional who can multitask effectively. The position demands bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, and offers a starting pay of $15 per hour along with benefits such as paid time off and 401K matching.
Responsibilities
- Attracts customers by answering product and services questions
- Maintains customer records by updating account information
- Maintains customer accounts accurately by processing customer orders and payments correctly
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Conducts outbound sales and customer service calls as requested
- Assists all customers with inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner both on the telephone and in person
- Follows and maintains Quality Assurance Standards as issued by the company
- Reports directly to shift managers
- Assists 'in the field' with quality control checks as required
- Signs a confidentiality agreement
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- One to two years previous customer service experience
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public in a professional and courteous manner
- Possess sound numerical proficiency
- Excellent work ethic and ability to handle cash, checks, and credit cards responsibly
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Valid Driver's License and good driving history
- Must have a car available every day to run errands as needed
Nice-to-haves
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word
- Fast learner with high levels of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
