Responsibilities

• Work closely with client contacts and service team members to ensure a positive client and employee experience.
• Manage accurate participant enrollments and terminations in accordance with carrier and regulatory guidelines.
• Generate and monitor internal enrollment reports and reconcile invoices.
• Calculate adjustments and ensure accuracy of benefit payroll deductions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in employee benefits administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online enrollment platforms.
• Demonstrated customer service skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
