About the position
As a Bike Delivery Courier at Insomnia Cookies, you will be the face of the brand, delivering cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner. This part-time role offers flexible schedules and the opportunity to work in a small but busy delivery zone, contributing to the company's growth and reputation in the late-night sweet indulgence market.
Responsibilities
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
- Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner.
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers, whether in-person or by phone.
- Use Insomnia's delivery app to provide accurate status updates to customers.
Requirements
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the 1-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus.
- Must have your own bike in working order.
- Must have a smartphone with a data plan.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
