About the position
The Beverage Supervisor supervises the daily operation of all Beverage service areas and Team Members. Responsible for ensuring Four Diamond guest service in accordance with departmental service standards. Will at all times enforce Pechanga Resort Casino (PRC) policies and procedures. All Team Members will display a Four Diamond commitment to Guest Service through the delivery and maintenance of the Quality Standards established by PRC.
Responsibilities
- Select, schedule, and evaluate all Team Members within the Beverage department.
- Ensure that proper guest service is maintained at all times.
- Responsible for maintaining proper Beverage service staffing levels at all times.
- Maintain proper sanitation and safety procedures for food handling.
- Communication within other departments.
- Ensure all Team Members are abiding by all liquor laws and policies set forth by PRC.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
- At least two (2) years' relative experience.
- Six (6) months in a supervisory capacity required.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Micros POS is a plus.
