About the position
The Beverage Manager will oversee all aspects of beverage operations at The Summit at Snoqualmie, ensuring high standards of quality, hospitality, and profitability. This role requires strategic thinking, a passion for beverages, and excellent leadership skills to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement beverage menus that align with current trends and customer preferences.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and controlling costs.
- Train, mentor, and supervise bar staff to ensure consistent service excellence and adherence to company standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create exciting and innovative food and beverage pairings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Positive and proactive supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching skills.
- Must have a WA MAST (alcohol servers permit).
- Must pass background check.
