About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our HR team. The Benefits and Compensation Specialist will be responsible for administering comprehensive total reward programs, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals and compliance with regulations. Additionally, they will collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to make data-driven recommendations related to total reward programs. This role will enjoy a mix of employee-facing interactions, behind-the-scenes systems work, and creative communication.
