About the position

Provide outpatient behavioral health services to children, youth and families under the supervision of the department director. Provide services and manage scheduling, documentation and billing for at least two rural clinics, one in Kearney and one in York, and in other outreach clinics as assigned. Completes psychosocial assessments, develops treatment goals, designs behavioral protocols to effectively address target behaviors, evaluates integrity and effectiveness of treatment protocols, and coordinates with other professionals involved in treatment (educators, social workers, psychologists, physicians, and other service providers) to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related health care field.
• 2 years of experience in providing behavioral health services to children and families.
• Licensed for mental health services (e.g., PLMHP, LMHP, LIMPH) in the State of Nebraska or ability to obtain license within 180 days of hire.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• High level of detail orientation.
• Knowledge of behavioral and cognitive-behavioral methods of intervention.
• Excellent time management skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with online calendaring and scheduling.
• Understanding of insurance networks and billing.
• Experience providing skill-building services to children and families.
• Certification with Trauma-Focus CBT and PCIT.
