About the position

The Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) / Driver position at Starlite Recovery Center involves providing transportation for patients to and from meetings, supporting counselors during group sessions, and maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of company vehicles. This role is essential in ensuring that clients receive the necessary support during their recovery process.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients to and from meetings.
• Provide support to counselors during group meetings.
• Drive company facility vehicle to pick up supplies or equipment as needed.
• Complete all transportation documentation accurately and appropriately.
• Maintain vehicle logs and report maintenance issues to appropriate facility staff.
• Ensure all company vehicles are kept clean.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid State Driver's License required with clear MVR.
• First Aid, CPR, de-escalation and restraint certification required (training available upon hire).
