About The Position

Behavioral Health Development Coordinator A Great Opportunity Full Time Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with flexibility as needed $52 ,000 annual salary Through a wide range of innovative services referred to as ViaQuest's Circle of Care, our skilled, dedicated employees ensure that the people we serve are active participants in their own care . Requirements

• Experience working in/with SNFs preferred .
• Two years of sales and marketing experience within the healthcare field is preferred .
• Strong communication and a comfort level with public speaking .
• Exceptional customer service .
• Critical thinking and problem - solving abilities .
• Positive, go - getter attitude .
• Day travel is (approximately 25% statewide) .

Responsibilities

• Assisting facilities/referral sources with administrative duties including consenting patients for services .
• Presenting information about our services to groups and individuals .
• Visiting with facilities, establishing meetings, attending conferences/marketing events, distributing company literature and developing relationships in the community .
• Tracking referral data and outcomes .
• Tracking and following up with referral sources and patients to ensure quality services are being delivered .
• Collaborate with internal teams to market current and new programs .
• Coordinate company promotional activities with ViaQuest Marketing Department .
• Respond to questions, complaints, and inquiries from families, referral sources and community providers as appropriate .
• Research opportunities to exhibit and promote services directly .
