Responsibilities
- Provide instruction when targeting ABA programs and implementing behavior intervention plans.
- Utilize techniques within the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Serve children with Autism and other developmental or cognitive disabilities.
- Provide ABA services primarily in clients' homes, community, and possibly in-clinic.
- Collect data on programs.
- Assist with parent training.
- Assist with clinical assessments as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Ability to accept constructive feedback and develop knowledge and skill sets accordingly.
- Effective time management skills.
- Have a valid California Drivers License.
- A reliable mode of transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
- Ability and willingness to drive/travel to different locations to conduct sessions.
- Willingness to submit to a criminal background check.
Nice-to-haves
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- RBT Certification.

- Compensation from $20.00 to $23.00/hour depending upon qualifications and experience.
