About the position
Trumpet Behavioral Health specializes in providing exceptional behavior treatment services for children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASDs) using an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) based therapy. You will work 1:1 with patients and families to reach individualized goals under the supervision of a BCBA.
Responsibilities
- Help patients and families reach individualized goals under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collaborate with a care team to ensure client progress and technician support
Requirements
- Experience working with children in any capacity
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent
- Available to work Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM and flex schedule 3 or more evenings Monday-Friday
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass physical requirements and lift up to 25 lbs. routinely
- Ability to pass state and federal background checks
- Reliable transportation to commute in dual environments (home or local center if applicable)
- Comfortable navigating hybrid training (remote and in-person)
- Access to reliable technology and an internet connection conducive to successful remote training
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in psychology or education
- Nannying experience
- Passion for behavioral health and serving others
