Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
- Serve as an integral member of the clinical team responsible for implementing skill building and care plans.
- Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
- Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
- Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
- Completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
- Minimum 6 month commitment required.
