About the position

The Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at Autism Learning Partners is a full-time role focused on providing clinical excellence in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for children with autism and related disorders. The role involves conducting assessments, developing and adjusting ABA programs, and providing supervision to behavior technicians, with a flexible work schedule that includes both in-person and telehealth sessions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and run ABA programs.
• Develop new programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as needed.
• Provide field supervision to behavior technicians as required for cases.
• Support staff in meeting productivity requirements.
• Write performance evaluations for behavior technicians.
• Be available to parents & behavior technicians by phone during emergencies or urgent needs.
• Produce progress reports and treatment plans to meet regulatory agency requirements.
• Attend staff meetings, training, and other meetings as requested.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program.
• Active BCBA Certification required.
• Active LBA certification issued by the state of Virginia.
• 3+ years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
• At least 1 year of experience working with various software solutions for data collection, programming, and report writing tasks.
• Must pass a criminal background check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/VZV during onboarding.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with CPT coding.
• Familiarity with electronic data collection systems.
