Responsibilities
- Inspire and guide Behavior Technicians through effective supervision and support, ensuring treatment plans are implemented reliably.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop innovative ABA programs tailored to client needs.
- Provide parent education and problem-solving support to help clients reach their potential.
- Maintain professionalism in challenging situations and adapt to changes with flexibility.
- Proactively communicate and take initiative to foster a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Mid-level CPT coding experience.
