About the position

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Autism Learning Partners (ALP), you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality behavioral therapy to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities

  • Inspire and guide Behavior Technicians through effective supervision and support, ensuring treatment plans are implemented reliably.
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop innovative ABA programs tailored to client needs.
  • Provide parent education and problem-solving support to help clients reach their potential.
  • Maintain professionalism in challenging situations and adapt to changes with flexibility.
  • Proactively communicate and take initiative to foster a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Mid-level CPT coding experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in conducting FBAs and developing ABA programs.
