Requirements
- Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Provide tailored consultations and product recommendations that meet each client's needs.
- Share knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
- Keep up with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to deliver relevant advice that keeps clients coming back.
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory, merchandising, and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
